Full Stack Developer – Product Engineering

Our Product Development Team designs, develops, and enhances cutting-edge platforms and solutions by combining strong engineering practices, user-centric design, and AI-first innovation.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications end-to-end.
• Build RESTful and gRPC APIs using Go (Gin, Echo, Fiber, or net/http).
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Angular, React, Vue, or a similar framework.
• Work with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure); deploy containerised applications with Docker.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews.
• Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as the primary development environment, and critically review AI-generated code for correctness and security.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams, while independently solutioning, architecting, and implementing features.

• 1.5+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience.
• Strong back-end proficiency in Go — building production services, concurrency (goroutines, channels), idiomatic Go.
• Proficiency in a modern front-end framework — Angular (preferred), React, or Vue — plus TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ JavaScript.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, AWS RDS), including schema design and query optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, AWS, and Azure.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Go testing/Testify; Jest, Vitest, or similar on the front end).
• Ability to self-solution — independently architect, design, and implement.
• Good communication skills; comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments.

MANDATORY — Vibe Coding & AI-Assisted Development

• Hands-on experience with vibe coding — using AI tools to drive most code generation, iteration, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in at least one AI coding IDE: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Antigravity, or Windsurf.
• Skilled at prompt engineering — crafting precise prompts to generate, refactor, and debug code.
• Able to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Keeps up to date with the latest AI development tools and best practices.
