UX UI Designer

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic and lean design team. In this role, you will work closely with the UX/UI Lead, UX Architect, and business stakeholders to deliver evidence-based, accessible, and visually engaging designs. UX is a central pillar of our culture, and we are seeking someone who thrives in an environment where design decisions are driven by both user data and business goals.

• Design aesthetically pleasing and highly usable user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure all designs are compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI Lead, UX Architect, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Craft user-centric design deliverables such as information architecture, user flows, wireframes, annotations, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Apply UX methodologies like Heuristic Evaluation and Cognitive Walkthrough to evaluate and improve designs.
• Communicate design decisions clearly with rationale backed by user data and business context.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and deliver under fast-paced, occasionally chaotic environments.
