Technical Content Writer

Beinex is looking for a skilled, highly motivated tech-savvy content writer with excellent English language skills who will write easy-to-understand user guides and online help. You’ll also create tutorials, configuration guides, and other user assistance docs to help our customers use our products.

• Develop documentation to industry standards and to appropriate audience skill-level.
• Create documentation and share the progress with the stakeholders periodically.
• Review and revise information based on internal and external feedback.
• Participate in product improvement initiatives like, process improvement sessions, and video script generation.
• Interact with product R&D teams to gather information about product components and features.

• Good command of the English language
• Technically savvy and have an in-depth awareness of technical concepts.
• Knowledge of user experience, user-centric visual design principles, including those of new trends.
• Ability to create comprehensive content strategy.
• Lead organizational initiatives to create high-value content and fix content gaps
