SharePoint Developer

Beinex is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, customizing, and migrating SharePoint solutions to enhance user experiences and meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Design and Customize:

• Create exceptional SharePoint-developed websites based on user needs and requirements
• Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and pages to enhance user experience
• Migrate existing on-premises SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online (O365) using SPMT, Sharegate or similar tools

Set Goals and Configure Systems:

• Set tasks and benchmarks for web application projects
• Configure company SharePoint systems to meet specified requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand migration needs and plan the transition

Develop Components:

• Build new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#
• Develop custom solutions for SharePoint Online using modern frameworks (e.g., React, SPFx)

Implement Applications:

• Design, code, and implement scalable applications within SharePoint
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with third-party systems and services
• Ensure seamless user experience during migration and post-migration

Problem-Solving and Testing:

• Analyse user needs and business requirements
• Test and debug SharePoint applications to ensure functionality
• Address any issues related to migration, compatibility, and performance

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, including migration project
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, features, and best practices
• Must have strong experience using ShareGate for SharePoint migrations
• Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Web Parts
• Proficiency in developing and deploying custom packages using React or other modern frameworks
• Experience with SharePoint Online (O365) development
• Knowledge of SharePoint workflows, Power Automate, and Power Platform
• Basic understanding of C# and ASP.NET
• Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services
• Ability to create APIs for mobile app integration
• Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools (e.g., Sharegate, SPMT)
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel to the onsite location as required by the project.
