Senior Informatica Developer

Beinex is seeking the best-in-class Senior Informatica Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Informatica Developer/Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter. You will play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of data integration solutions within our Cloudera-based data lake environment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of sensitive and PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data.

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our Cloudera-based data lake.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement data quality and data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data within the data lake.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and data lineage for audit and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Work closely with the security and compliance teams to implement data encryption, masking, and access controls to protect sensitive and PII data.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to optimize the performance and reliability of ETL processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience designing and developing ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux shell scripting, and relational database concepts.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries handling sensitive data, PII data, and core banking data sources preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
