Senior Business Analyst – Data and Insights

Beinex is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a key client-facing liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role demands strong skills in understanding business requirements and Data, AI, Analytics, BI, and Digital Transformation.

The SBA will actively participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements through execution and delivery, while also supporting pre-sales efforts, leadership presentations, and insights development. This role should play a pivotal role in enhancing advisory capabilities and delivering excellence on global projects.

• Lead client interactions to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Document requirements through BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and process workflows.
• Translate business needs into precise, actionable requirements for technical and delivery teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, project managers, data, and development teams.
• Provide requirement walkthroughs and clarification throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support requirement changes and ensure traceability until closure.
• Active participation across planning, analysis, design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment phases.
• Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks to ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Develop an understanding of client business models, KPIs, workflows, and data to support digital initiatives.
• Support pre-sales and strategic efforts through requirement inputs, proposal content, and solution narratives.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst in data, analytics, AI/ML, BI, or digital transformation projects, preferably within consulting or technology services environments.
• Mandatory experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery organization, with exposure to multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
• Understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, data models, BI dashboards, data governance, AI/ML use cases, and digital workflow automation.
• Define acceptance criteria, prepare test scenarios, support UAT execution, track defects, and coordinate business sign-off.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and structured documentation.
• Ability to quickly understand diverse industries and client business challenges.
• Independent, self-driven professional capable of handling large project executions.
• Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
