Job Description

Beinex is looking for the best-in-class Project Manager to join its global team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely and actionable analyses, forecasts, and recommendations for assigned projects to ensure the achievement of business objectives
  • Participate in project team meetings with stakeholders and clients to discuss issues, direction, and implementation strategies
  • Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project team members and key stakeholders by establishing and maintaining regular communication
  • Proactively bring in ideas to ensure seamless strategy implementation
  • Keep track of project tasks, performance, risks, and alternative solutions as the project evolves
  • Make sure that stakeholders’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Oversee and coordinate project procurement management to avoid critical delivery risks
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Key Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Require directly related experience in a Project Management role, with 4+ years of experience
  • Diverse knowledge and experience in handling projects in the Analytics domain and technologies
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and excellent management skill is essential
  • Strong verbal, written, organisational and analytical skills
  • A good conversationalist with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
  • Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodology, i.e., the project description, the project span, quality, needed resources, possible risk, relevant regulations and guidelines, relevant tools, and methods available for execution
  • Proficiency in analysing and solving problems related to projects
  • Strong knowledge and prowess in using modern communication technologies for projects
  • Ability to be proactive, independent, and interdependent on the team
  • Expertise in building and maintaining productive working relationships with all stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Efficiency in working and coordinating with employees from different departments
