Job Description

As a Project Manager, you can collaborate with cross-functional teams, tackle challenging assignments, and contribute to our organisation's continued growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with multifaceted teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requisites and specifications
  • Devising and implementing test plans and test cases to guarantee the quality of the software
  • Identifying, documenting, and meticulously monitoring software defects until they are successfully resolved
  • Playing a pivotal role in enhancing and refining software development processes continually
  • Crafting end-to-end manual test cases and overseeing their meticulous execution
  • Executing test plans and proficiently overseeing all testing activities to ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Scrutinizing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents with precision
  • Nurturing strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed
  • Implementing and managing project budgets, ensuring financial control and reporting
  • Assessing the project's impact on the organisation and aligning it with strategic objectives
  • Implementing Agile or other project management methodologies, as appropriate
  • Conducting regular project reviews and making necessary adjustments to optimise project efficiency and delivery
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum three plus years’ experience in software project management and associated roles
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a related field
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Excellent communication skills
