Job Description

Beinex is looking for the best-in-class Product Analyst for its India office. This is primarily a Work From Home opportunity based out of India with a potential chance to go abroad as applicable.

Responsibilities
  • Gather product-specific requirements from the client or internal stakeholders and evaluate and compare them against industry trends
  • Liaison with Development Lead to give shape to product ideas and features
  • Validate MVP and POC to ensure coverage and adherence to a complete list of requirements
  • Act as a support point for business development by contributing to RFX responses, product demos and proof of concepts
  • Present products to clients to gather feedback and liaison with the development team to implement changes
  • Analyse metrics to improve company products by proposing innovative ideas and strategies
  • Contribute to company operations, such as planning, budgeting, and communicating with development and testing teams
  • Create collaterals for products to present utilities and benefits to the client and internal stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical workflows, data models, and architecture-level implications in collaboration with the development team
  • Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Design Team to ensure alignment with best design practices, accessibility standards, and optimal user experience flows
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, outlining short-term enhancements and long-term evolution strategies aligned with organizational goals
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or any related field. MBA is preferred but not mandatory
  • 3+ years of relevant product or business analysis experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid documentation skills to prepare product workflow diagrams and BRDs
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of process workflow tools like draw.io or Visio is preferred but not mandatory
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
