Junior Flutter Developer

We are looking for a Junior Flutter Developer with 2+ years of professional experience building high-performance, production-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart, Clean Architecture, reactive state management using Riverpod or BLoC, networking with Dio and Retrofit, multi-language localization, and a solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID design principles

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable, modular cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement strict Clean Architecture with robust state management using Riverpod (code generation) or BLoC/Cubit.
• Build resilient, production-ready networking layers using Dio and Retrofit, including token refresh flows, interceptors, and error handling.
• Implement end-to-end internationalization and feature-first localization workflows across the app.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver fluid, responsive user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code using unit, widget, and integration testing frameworks.
• Profile and optimize app performance to eliminate frame drops, minimize memory footprints, and reduce bundle sizes.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, enforce strict static analysis/linting rules, and mentor junior developers.

• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated professional experience in Flutter and Dart mobile app development.
• In-depth understanding of Clean Architecture (data, domain, presentation layers) and SOLID principles.
• Strong proficiency in state management using Riverpod (Riverpod 2.x/3.x) or flutter_bloc.
• Proven experience building RESTful API integration layers using Dio and Retrofit for Dart.
• Proficiency in code generation tools and immutable state modeling using Freezed and json_serializable.
• Hands-on experience with declarative routing solutions (AutoRoute or GoRouter) and secure local storage mechanisms.
• Practical experience implementing application localization (slang or standard Flutter gen-l10n).
• Strong experience in writing automated tests using Mocktail or Mockito.
• Familiarity with monorepo tooling (Melos), Firebase services, and mobile CI/CD deployment pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Gitlab Pipelines).
