  • Manage and support all existing integrations to ensure continuous uptime, reliability, and performance.
  • Monitor data flows across integrated systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution on time.
  • Improve integration performance, resilience, and stability through periodic reviews and optimization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and standardization across integration processes and interface handling.
  • Design and implement new integrations with suppliers, external systems, and new business entities through API-based, batch, and file-based mechanisms.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with enterprise architecture, security, access control, and governance standards.
  • Implement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms for integration health and performance.
  • Maintain dashboards, logs, and reporting mechanisms for integration tracking and operational visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable IT governance, data security, privacy, and segregation of duties requirements.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly governance meetings and provide structured reporting on integration health, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
  • Escalate critical risks, incidents, and blockers in a timely and structured manner.
  • Support knowledge transfer, operational continuity, and documentation updates to avoid disruption to business operations.
