We are seeking a highly proficient and detail-oriented individual with excellent English writing skills to join our team as a Content Management Intern (full time; for 4 months). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in updating the Content Management System for Aurex and refining existing Risk Control metrics into a more generic language. Updating the CMS
- Content Management System Update.
- Work closely with the content team to update and maintain the Content Management System for Aurex.
- Ensure accurate and error-free data entry and content updates.
Risk Controls Metrics Redrafting
- Revise existing Risk Controls metrics to convey information in a more generic and accessible language.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to gather information and ensure the metrics align with organizational standards.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough reviews of content to ensure fluency in English and adherence to established guidelines.
- Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the content.
Documentation
- Document and maintain records of content updates, revisions, and changes.
- Assist in creating user guides or documentation related to the Content Management System.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and requirements for content updates.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Good command of the English language
- Fluency in English with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free content.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and basic understanding of data entry processes.
- Ability to re-draft technical content into a more generic and understandable language.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, English, Information Technology).
