Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in analyzing business processes, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering actionable insights to improve organizational efficiency. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across production, managerial, and executive teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and communicate systems requirements and maintain ongoing systems processes, ensuring regular delivery of status reports to relevant parties.
• Create, update, and manage both internal and external documentation, delivering requirements and other documentation formally.
• Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders for efficient systems integration and address inquiries or concerns with well-researched solutions and recommendations.
• Generate detailed process documentation and comprehensive reports to support organizational decision-making.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights to drive business objectives.
• Manage projects, facilitate user testing, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• 4–5 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or any related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in creating process documentation and detailed reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Visio.
• Strong project management capabilities and experience in managing user testing.
• Exceptional technical writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships with stakeholders.
