Business Analyst

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Engage with business units to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) outlining project specifications and objectives
• Interact with the business team to secure sign-off on BRDs, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Liaise with the technical team to facilitate the execution of projects
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI and ETL tools is an added advantage
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of data and its implications on business processes
• Bring a solid analytical background to the role, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making
