Associate System Engineer

Beinex is looking to hire an Associate System Engineer to join our dynamic team.

• Configuring and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops and Managing backup and recovery.
• Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users.
• Remotely resolving application problems and network problems and mail configurations through net meeting, remote desktop sharing.
• Experience in managing cloud-based services and applications using Microsoft Azure and the Office 365 Admin Center is required.
• Sound knowledge on windows commands and network trouble shooting on Laptop/ desktops.
• Troubleshooting PC Hardware.
• Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
• Monitoring Reporting (Infra / Project), Learning, Documentation and Escalation
• Knowledge of enterprise-class infrastructure software such as anti-virus, backup, hardware technologies SAN, NAS, Storage, and related client-side software.
• Knowledge in Virtualization is a plus
• Knowledge of Network Switches and Firewall would be a plus
• Ensure consistency of existing systems through creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing solutions
• Communicate escalated issues to end users: keep them informed of progress, notify them of impending changes, agreed outages, etc
• Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms
• Experience in cloud environments is a plus
• Maintain hardware and software needed for projects to be completed efficiently

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) and Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) are preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Good communication skills
• Candidates based in Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi are preferred.
