Associate Project Manager

We’re seeking candidates for the Associate Project Manager role who are keen on transitioning into a project management position. As an Associate Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and facilitate smooth stakeholder communication.

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing software development projects.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track key milestones, manage risks, and ensure projects stay on course.
• Facilitate meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with the team.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and roadmaps.
• Support project managers in resource allocation and team coordination.
• Proactively identify roadblocks and suggest solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.

• 2+ years in software development or engineering.
• Strong interest in transitioning into project management.
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
